Set against the color of New York City’s high lights and low life, this “perfect musical comedy” is an entertaining fable of love, a marriage and temperance. One of the funniest and most melodious shows, this clever script centers on the largest permanent floating dice game in New York. Based on a story by master story teller, Damon Runyon, he claimed he “did not create the characters” rather, they existed on the Broadway pavement. With this hit show, we’ll give you our marker that you’ll love us “a bushel and a peck.” |
